Great Ways to Get Connected
Our first goal is that you connect with God.
We’ve designed our Sunday Worship Services as a “safe place” to learn about and worship our awesome God. Dress is casual to business casual (most Sunday’s we have a few of the men who wear suits and ties, most wear Dockers and a polo shirt and a couple who always wear shorts, no matter what the weather is!) Our music is upbeat and contemporary with a live band. The sermon is taken straight from the Bible, and we’re committed to life application.
Our second desire is that you connect with others.
During our Worship Services you will get to meet a few folks who sit around you, but we won’t make you stand up and introduce yourself to the whole group. We will ask you to fill out a visitor card so we can send you a thank you letter after your visit, but you don’t have to if you don’t want to. We also have a Welcome Center near our coffee bar. There you can find information on our church and ask questions. Feel free to ask any of our greeters, staff members, or Welcome Center team members any questions you may have.
We offer other opportunities to connect via various dynamic ministries. Our Children’s Ministry team does a great job of lovingly teaching the truth’s of the Bible and helping our kids to connect with each other. Our Sports Ministry offers adult basketball, softball, bowling, and golf teams or leagues. These are great ways to find friends who share common interests. Our Small Groups Ministry encourages everyone who attends regularly to find a Bible-based, relationship-oriented, fun group to meet with regularly. Some of our groups meet on Sunday morning, while others meet at other times during the week.
You can make connections at your own pace. Some people come to the Worship Services for several weeks before they begin to make new friends or attend a small group. Others jump right in and become a part of a small group or Ministry Team right away. Our goal is to help you take your next step of faith and your next step of personal connection with other believers who are encouraging each other to be passionate about Jesus Christ.
